Discriminations is not Discriminations
The Violations of Sovereignty
GOOD-DAY,
My fellow
humans, it’s with deep concerns that I pen these words to you, in
the overwhelming desire to help in the betterment of humanitarian assistance
and the fostering of decent social living for all in the endorsement of
the Union of Statehood. As diplomatic agents, in the tenure of living
in this State of the Netherlands, the darkness of prejudices on racial
profiling has beamed a bright & blinded light upon the being of my
family here in Holland. My family has been dishonoured in constant by
individuals in civil representatives of governmental offices and medical
oath as well as social interactions of commerce. So I ask this question
in eeriness & fatigue, “Is the State of Holland at War with
ethnic sovereigns from around the World, or in this case at war with American
sovereigns, simply because they are full-blacks?” Even when States
are at war the doctrine of living dictates we humans must follow the rules
of engagements by giving actions in accordance with international laws
& human rights on creed of sovereignty existence.
On several, occasions of our social interactions here in Holland, the
astonishment and altitude on the norms of your subjects at large have
violated our basic rights of existence. Like a champion athlete in the
heat of perspirations, we have found the discharge on the daily occupancy
of prejudicial racial profiling to be at a national scope like wise at
an alarming rate of interactions here in your beautiful Holland. Thus,
as social beings with directional voices to be heard as humans and not
a mere object of unwanted sights. We have used the tools of our educated
creative learning to express the contemporaneously attitude that which
has been fallen on us. Now the resulting factor as diplomatic emissaries
of World travelling & living is we are in fear of safety in our sister
state called Holland.
The practice in growth and strength of love and tolerance should give prominent of accepted equality as human beings under one planet, which we call Mother Earth. The corresponding political thought that occurs in the writings of our daily injuring experiences of injustice by individuals breaking of their sworn oath of offices has fostered more hostility of censorships and prejudice from within the Eindhoven civic force of policing, the medical associations, and the Dutch enterprises of commencing international trades. Due to the circumscription protections on human rights, mainly for ethnic sovereigns these words of accountability have developed as defence, witness and judgments of our mistreatments & malpractice here in the Netherlands. A Dutch national diving a vehicle without his issued licence caused a motoring accident then lied to the police. After a witness statement of vindication the police still passed sanctions of dishonour upon my family, even when our insurance company approved the resulting statement of vindication to be no charged on our part. After reporting police abuse of authority to the police internal commission I received a phone call from the police stating not to use the word discrimination in referral of our case.
Without full medical attentions to my pregnant wife & myself the torments of pains became unbearable. When the primary doctor is on vacation her replacement brought uncomfortably energy. In seeking a change of doctor within the medical establishment, the statement was given “It would be a conflict of interest of the doctors” to do. So the questions were posed, “What about the patient’s rights to choose? What about the interest of a patient?” The answers to them were none here. After two years of no medical attention & increasing pains, the doctor of mention recommended blood & x-rays tests that were inconclusive. The suggestion of a CAT scan for a detail diagnostic evaluation was denied due to prejudicial malice of medical service. In inquiring for another doctor, service was refused, some even handed up the phone because the communicative language was not at all in Dutch. One therapist even refused service with a written statement that because I have no faith in Holland’s medical practice. Where to go, who to talk to, how are we to get healthy, when hostility & rejection are all around us? So in sickness & isolation the only resolution is creative working of writing & audio engineering to ease the psychological and physical trauma. As the straining of isolation increased, one-day the decision to venture outside led to racial profiling & actions of insult because a store got robed one morning, my family had to suffer the indignity of being considered potential criminals because we have an ethnic resemblance of another being living in the Netherlands.
These are some of the testimonies why strong thoughts of concerning facts were needed in getting attentions to our plight of racial profiling & discriminations on the violations of our sovereignty rights of civil liberty. To add further insult to our rights as human in need of humanitarian assistance, we saw on the Dutch television that even dogs & cats, human pets are getting advance medical care. In accordance with the union of statehood our tax of payment to this state reflects that we are humans. In this course of art history, Please, Please, Please, would you be so kind in helping to restore the serenity of our vision on the Netherlands.
